Double Seams

The double-slit interference experiment, this famous quantum mechanics experiment, has caused unprecedented fear in many people, not because these little things seem to be consciously aware of human observations. Rather, it represents the possibility that there may be an invisible force controlling them, allowing humans to discover the phenomena they should discover, master the arranged knowledge, and live happily in a virtual world. If this hypothesis is true, then we don't know who has the right to speak outside this false world, whether it is a more advanced creature or a more advanced human being. This novel uses this idea as a starting point to build a brand new world, imagining that what we have been exposed to before are scripts and virtual worlds, and the real world is completely different. A civilization where politics, economy, and culture have all moved towards a more concise and cruel civilization.
