The Continent of Nether Spirits

Luo Shang Mieshen, the greatest prodigy on the Netherworld Continent, born with divine spirit, was someone who was destined to become a god.

Her name came from her Netherworld artifact, meaning “bring down calamity and sorrow, and slay the gods.”

Yet before the explosion at the sealed land, where she was presumed to have died, she had devoted herself to fighting calamity and protecting the continent's people. She had never brought disaster upon anyone. Had she lived, she would surely have become the saint who saved the people of the continent. Countless people prayed day and night for her return.

But four years later, Luo Shang Mieshen was still nowhere to be seen.

Then a mysterious girl entered everyone's sight. Some hailed her as Luo Shang Mieshen's successor, while others looked down on her.

After all, she was a talentless nobody, so hopeless that even she couldn't bear to look at herself.

But she was certain she would become someone who surpassed Luo Shang Mieshen.

Few believed her. One of them was Luo Shang Mieshen's sworn enemy.

He entered the academy to find Luo Shang Mieshen, only to cross paths with the girl instead.

But he was not the continent's destroyer, as everyone imagined, nor had he come to take revenge on Luo Shang Mieshen.

They met at Netherworld Academy. Was it fate that brought them together, or a carefully laid plan?

In the end, would they change their fate, or continue along the path laid out for them?

It all begins with their meeting
