I Built a Nuclear Power Plant in My Village, and My Neighbor Reported Me for Illegal Construction

Attached is an introductory picture of the protagonist's hometown, Nasu Village

Author, be realistic and logical. That's called imagination. You're talking nonsense. Do you know what a nuclear power plant is and do you know the basics of a nuclear power plant? This thing starts with whether you can get nuclear fuel, let's talk about the safety level of the nuclear power plant. Where did you get those reinforced concrete? The construction cost can be enough to build several, or even a dozen skyscrapers. The control system and safety facilities inside are all top-notch. Don't mention anything else, do you know where to buy a turbine generator? Have you considered leaking it? The first moment of discovery can scare a country to death. If something goes wrong, a province or even several provinces can become a no-man's land. Are you kidding me? Chernobyl, have you seen it?
