Dreaming Beneath the Starry Night

Jian Xingyu, a renowned homestay designer, reunites with Ye Baijie, an astrophotographer, at the foot of towering snow-capped mountains. Together, they explore vast deserts and dark-sky reserves. Wherever they go, the brilliant starry sky above them remains unchanged, as does Ye Baijie’s wish to capture the most beautiful night sky.

With Jian Xingyu’s guidance, Ye Baijie discovers that the stars can be photographed even near the city. Moved by his commitment to environmental protection, she resolves to become a dark-sky conservationist.

Though their careers and starting points differ, they share a commitment to protecting the environment. In the end, they find love and move forward hand in hand.
