In 13023 AD, after mankind had been destroyed and restarted countless times, a new group established a huge military base in the solar system and officially embarked on interstellar navigation. Peng Chun, a scientist in the field of molecular medicine who belongs to the Thirteen Knights of Mars, transforms thirteen large and small planets in the Proxima Galaxy, a transit point for interstellar voyages, turning the entire Proxima Galaxy into a super playground. However, a planet originally used for immersive experience of deep-sea civilization was out of control after Peng Chun's death. Peng Chun's memory was inherited by the creatures in the deep-sea civilization in an alternative way. There is no Peng Chun in the world, and every living thing is Peng Chun. Then a completely new form of civilization developed. A form of civilization completely unlike any that has ever existed or is currently continuing.
