Eerie: Starting with the Loss of Fear

Tang Ping, a burned-out office drone, transmigrates to a world where the supernatural is resurging and becomes a supernatural incident handler.

Perhaps because he was such an overworked drone in his previous life, Tang Ping discovers that he has somehow lost the ability to feel fear.

While other incident handlers are still trembling as they search for supernatural beings,

Tang Ping is already engaging in deep, profound, and lasting friendly negotiations with them:

“Nine-to-five hours, weekends off, meals included, no salary.”

When the blood-soaked woman with hollow eyes nods, Tang Ping gives her a kindly smile, then lowers the gun from her forehead.
