A Direct Heir of the Daoist Sect, Dragged Off to Get a Marriage License Right After Coming Down the Mountain?

After fifteen years of cultivating the Dao at his temple, Taoist Chen Ping comes down the mountain. Dressed in his Daoist robes, he’s dragged into a blind date!

“Mom… I’m a Taoist, a direct disciple of the Celestial Master. I can’t get married.” Chen Ping is at a loss.

“If you don’t bring someone home today, you’re no son of mine!”

He only meant to go through the motions, but on the street, a stunning woman in black stockings blocks his way.

“Get in the car!” She floors the accelerator. They register their marriage and take photos!

Holding his marriage certificate, Chen Ping is completely dumbfounded.

Wasn’t that a bit fast? Things certainly didn’t go according to plan.

The beautiful CEO Li Muxue covers her mouth in embarrassment. She accidentally grabbed the wrong man to marry.

“So you really are a Taoist?”

“Of course I am!”
