The Apocalypse in an Infinite-Flow World

In 2096, a brand-new VR immersive game, Doomsday Infinite, took the world by storm. With the slogan "No pay-to-win, only money, intelligence, power, fame, and strength matter," it offered a vast array of game settings and became a global sensation. Some players even exchanged its in-game currency for real-world money at a one-to-one rate, and plenty of people made their fortunes that way. At the same time, many players were saddled with enormous debts after failing the game and suffering its penalties. There is no death in this game, only winning and losing. Winners reap rich rewards, while losers lose everything. Once you have a chip implanted and your character merges with your body, you may no longer be yourself. You could have a better life! Come lose yourself in the game!
