What Is a Destructive Midfielder?

Football novels that don't join the national football team will give you a little reward, and those who join will get nothing

Only after reading this book did I realize that whether the protagonist speaks or has a girlfriend has no impact at all on football novels.

The biggest advantage of this book is that it contains quite pure and reasonable football content. The fantasy that the author has always said is just that the protagonist's improvement speed, tactics and plot arrangement are really traceable. I won't go into details about tactics. The author's writing style is very intuitive, and he can explain it in a simple way, simplifying the more abstract tactical concepts into easier-to-understand words and images. The plot arrangement is like the most criticized Champions League match between Real Madrid: From the perspective of the rhythm of the novel, it is really bad to lose a small amount first and then build up buffs, but then lose miserably. But if you think about it carefully, it will be easy to understand that in football, if a weak team plays a strong team, the advantage of the strong team will become even greater if they play the second game in a short period of time. Secondly, the settings related to the protagonist also directly avoid what I think is a poisonous point: the protagonist opens his mouth with a bunch of bad jokes and self-proclaimed pretentious words. Without this point, it is really a huge plus point in my mind. Some of the protagonists really make me wish they were mute. They speak as if their brains are not well developed. They must use bad internet memes, and they must say out loud the bad internet memes. The jokes can be narrated or written into psychological descriptions. Every time the jokes are said from the protagonist's mouth, it makes me feel a little bit like Down syndrome. In the end, the relationship between men and women is clean and tidy, and there is no situation where a whole chapter is written about the mentally retarded and vulgar relationship between men and women (I don't understand whether the relationship between men and women is really so important in a sports and competitive novel. I read a lot of sports and competitive articles that will write a whole chapter every now and then. Even if it is well written, the key is just average?). Looking back now, I can see that apart from the author's original female characters, the women who have a relationship with the protagonist are more like a fun part to catch up with the heat of reality. If I think of it, I can write and adjust it, and it will not have any interference with the protagonist's creation and the progress of the plot.

Fewer and fewer people are reading football articles, and those who are are impatient. If they are written professionally, they say they are dry. If they are written about beauties, they are boring, but if they are written with some depth, the trolls will come. It's difficult!

When it comes to Arsenal and Wenger, countless people will think of the gorgeous cooperation of the Gunners and their 49-game unbeaten streak in the past. But what I want to tell is the story of what Wenger, the great coach, did for the club when he was manager. As Arsenal's home ground from 1913 to 2006, Highbury witnessed the team's peak era. Wenger's sweetest period in coaching Arsenal was completed in this stadium that has served the team for 93 years. Three Premier League titles and a magical record of 49 unbeaten games across seasons are memories that Arsenal fans will never forget. But no matter how cozy the little house or the warm hometown is, it will say goodbye one day. Accompanying the Gunners through 93 years, the great Highbury Stadium has completed its historical mission. On May 7, 2006, with Henry's hat-trick, Arsenal defeated Wigan Athletic 4-2 and snatched the Champions League qualification for the following season from local rival Tottenham Hotspur as a farewell gift to Highbury. Arsenal bids farewell to Highbury, the former spiritual home of the Gunners, and enters the Emirates Stadium era. On July 22, 2006, the Emirates Stadium ushered in his debut: the farewell game of "Ice Prince" Bergkamp. In this way, we open a new chapter for Arsenal Club. However, Arsenal seems to have lost a lot in this "relocation". This is not just selling their core players. Even Wenger later lamented: "There is a soul in Highbury Stadium. Now we are building a brand new Emirates Stadium, but we have failed to find our own soul. We left Arsenal's soul in Highbury (probably Graham's iron-blooded spirit? Wenger has been cleaning up the traces of the previous coach.)." The average cost of each seat at the Emirates Stadium is 4,000 pounds (multiplied by 60,000), so the cost of the stadium is 240 million pounds. Including the surrounding properties and land purchased by Arsenal, the total cost of the Emirates Stadium exceeds 420 million. This resulted in Arsenal having to repay large amounts of interest and principal every year, while also having to win qualifications for the Champions League. "This is also the reason why home game tickets are expensive and the food sold is expensive. A la carte fries are nearly three times the price of Manchester City. Even if the Premier League broadcast fee revenue has skyrocketed, causing the proportion of ticket revenue to decline, Arsenal's ticket revenue is still the fundamentals of the team's economy. Because they missed the Champions League, Arsenal's ticket revenue dropped from 134 million euros in 2016 to 2018- 109 million euros in the 19th season (still significantly higher than the average ticket revenue of the top 11-15 clubs). However, this number is still the 5th in ticket revenue among clubs in the world (Arsenal's total revenue is 11th). Arsenal in the trough, because of the advantages brought by this stadium, they still have the possibility of turning around. From the day it was built, the Emirates Stadium was recognized. It is one of the best stadiums in the world. In the first season after Arsenal "moved into its new home", the team sold all the tickets for the Emirates Stadium. Although it was a joy to move into the new stadium, Wenger always recalled this period with endless bitterness. Arsenal began to become more and more "stingy" in terms of contract renewal and signings. The days began and became an eternal pain in the hearts of fans. What made Wenger even more dumbfounded was that because the bank that issued the loan only recognized Wenger (what is it, this is it), it asked him to sign a five-year contract to ensure that he would stay at Arsenal. Wenger later explained his loss at the time: "I rejected Real Madrid's invitation more than once because the bank asked me to stay at Arsenal. When I received the offer from Madrid, it was during the time Arsenal were building the stadium and we had to make sure we paid off our debt. I am the last "manager" of this type of coach, and it is an impossible task in today's football world for one person to run everything (so you did it anyway??? Fog), because the economic relations are much more complicated. " From being the only club in the Premier League to be profitable for 16 consecutive years, to being the only club in the Premier League to lose money for four years after Wenger dismissed get out of class (I can only say that the finances of Manchester United and Manchester City are really awesome. They spend so much every year to buy people and still make profits most of the time, although it is small.), I don't know if profitability is a curse, leaving Arsenal without a championship all year round (the Emirates Cup itself does not count, there have been 20 Premier League championships so far, and the FA Cup has been without a championship for ten years), but in my opinion, this old man has made a decision for Arsenal's future. The best choice. Without youth training, there will be no good fresh blood to join the team. No team can be prosperous forever. As a coach, he can enter the Champions League and maintain the European competition without the owner even paying for the annual shareholders' meeting. As a manager, he can maintain profitability for sixteen years and repay the loan little by little. Well, that's about all I know about the manager Wenger. The coach version of Wenger probably knows the same as everyone else.

In this drought of football literature, this book is considered a masterpiece so far. Li Mingdeng's setting was determined from the beginning. The author abandoned a large part of the psychological description of the protagonist, and also reduced the disadvantages of emotional activities. 😁 It's not easy to use the word "water" (no). A more straightforward action description method sometimes makes the protagonist more appealing from the side. To be honest, I am a fan only once every four years. At most, I watch some league games for Neymar and Messi, and I mainly come here for the handsome freshmen. This novel is the only one I have read that makes me feel that Li Mingdeng might really be living in a parallel world that we don't know about, sweating on the football field. The distribution ratio between on-court games and off-court daily life and the description of supporting characters are just right. The writing is fascinating about the hormonal eruption that sports competition brings to people and the adrenaline caused by the collision of emotions and body. Even if they have money that we can't get, we will still suffer together for their regret and their injuries. Human beings are such strange creatures. In the new year, I hope the author will write more, write better, and write faster!!!!! (If you don't write, I will be short of books!) I wish you a Happy New Year in advance. 🤓

After reading your novel, I kept searching for people's names and watching videos on Douyin, and then you recommended me the live broadcast of today's game. The final penalty shootout made me stop breathing, but today the goalkeeper of the Grid Army is amazing! Why is Modric still as nimble as a deer at such an old age? I really love him😘. I have never watched a football match and only knew about Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi. Haha, I suddenly realized the charm of football. However, there are too many things that need to be made up for. 😂

You keep urging me, the author is also a human being, he also needs to rest, keep updating, isn't he tired? But what does it have to do with us if he is tired? I suggest you code to death if you can't code to death, dear.

For me, this is one of the few books that can be written both on a daily basis and on the court. I am a pure pseudo-fan. I only started to pay attention to football because of the popularity of the World Cup, but I only limited it to watching handsome guys. . The author's description of the game is something that I can seriously immerse myself in. Although sometimes I can't understand it, hahaha, it is really written in such a way that people want to read it. I think what I like the most is the author's creation of the characters. It's not just a template. In many football articles, a problem that easily arises when describing supporting characters is that they follow a template. The only difference between player A and player B in the article is just their names. In fact, the cores are similar. It looks like the protagonist is playing football with countless shells. Or, more seriously, the protagonist is also a shell, no different from other supporting characters. As a result, when reading the article, I always feel very awkward, like watching a one-man show. The protagonist of this book has a very good personality. He won't get angry or depressed for no reason, or get into conflicts with others. His mental state is very stable. He is taciturn (no), but sometimes he reveals a bit of a cutesy feeling. Both the arrogant snail and Calhanoglu who was used to hurt were written very vividly and funny. The coach is also very good. Each character has its own personality characteristics. Sometimes I am a little moved when I see this. Moreover, there is no inexplicable slap in the face plot, and the protagonist does not pretend to be embarrassing. The protagonist's cheats are very strong, but not so strong that they make people feel magical. The design is quite cool. I think football articles should be more or less group portrait articles (or more group portraits?) After all, football is a sport of 11 people, and it is really not easy to see articles that give unique characters to the supporting characters. I hope the author can write better and better! (The above opinions are all my personal subjective assumptions. I am a fake fan and a novice at reading articles. If you think there is something wrong with what I said, you are right)

I was filled with emotion while scrolling through Douyin. I imagined two scenarios. One is the final battle. After getting rid of the opponent's extreme defense, Mingdeng ran faster and faster, even with his steps staggering to the point of embarrassment. The road ahead On both sides are shining shadows, arrogant, unruly, melancholy and domineering. I am chasing history, surpassing history, and creating history. The end of the road is not the goalkeeper, the goal, or the shadow of any module, it is me. The second thing is watching the clip of Klose. Minglan fell to the sky after a powerful volley. Time seemed to slow down, and the noise of the stands on both sides gradually faded away. What filled my ears was Leverkusen, Arsenal, the cheers of the fans, it was Frustrated boos, interspersed with some reports about the scores of previous games, as well as slander and praise from the outside world Bang, as heavy as a mountain but as light as a feather, it landed. In the fragrance of soil and grass, ecstatic teammates gathered around to cheer, and birds flew across the blue and white skyline.
