Matriarchy: My Wife Is the Dragon King

When Lu Hang wakes up, he has transmigrated to a matriarchal world where everything is the opposite of what he knew.

For a man pursuing a woman, it’s like a veil; for a woman pursuing a man, it’s like a mountain. Men marry women, while women marry into men’s families.

And the most unbelievable part is that his wife is actually the Dragon King.

Long Yao: “Our three-year agreement is up. I won’t bother joining the Lu family!” ╭(╯^╰)╮

Lu Hang: (ㅎ.ㅎ)

(One heroine, sweet romance.)

This is a very simple story: an ordinary man transmigrates to a matriarchal world, gets a beautiful wife, and just wants to settle down and enjoy life. It’s a straightforward, sugary romance. I’ve gotten a lot of comments these past few days asking bizarre things, like why the male lead is so giving from the start, or why his personality changed. It’s a sweet romance. Why would I need to lay the groundwork? What the heck would I even be laying groundwork for? The male lead is just an ordinary guy. He transmigrates, has money and status, and gets a beautiful wife. Of course he’s going to settle down and enjoy life.

That’s what most men want out of life. It doesn’t need any setup. Anyone would want to live like that. What do you want, then? How else do you expect me to write it? This is exactly how it’s supposed to go. So many people just love acting superior, thinking they’re seasoned readers and constantly telling others what to do.

I have something to say, too: stop acting so smug. This book is called My Wife Is a Dragon in a Matriarchal World.

Come on, it’s a playful comedy. You’ve been reading for ten years, and you see a title like that but still don’t know what kind of story this is? Have you spent those ten years reading nothing but the Three Character Classic?
