Entrusting the World to a Cyber Sorcerer

In 2137, Earth, the planet I lived on, was rated the least habitable planet for humans.

The main reason?

Merfolk, demons, alien beasts, dragons, intelligent machines... Monsters that should have existed only in fantasy swarmed across Earth and attacked humanity. The military crumbled, the gifted fell one after another, and humanity lost its last sanctuary.

Shi Ming became a cyber-demon warlock and, egged on by a bunch of end-of-the-world chuunibyou, set out on the path to becoming humanity’s savior.

“Why doesn’t this demon hunter summon demons like he’s supposed to? He just launched into a whole string of force-dissipating crushing punches and roundhouse kicks!”

So complained the stepping stones who had been beaten to a pulp by Shi Ming.

A Guide to Demon Contracts:

1. Demons are all double-crossers. Never let your guard down around them.

2. Demons will always honor their contracts.

3. Be a demon’s dog, or make a demon your dog.
