Star Plague

There is a kind of plague that appears quietly and spreads silently. When people suddenly notice it, it turns into a crazy god of death and quickly harvests lives. When people develop anti-drugs, it can learn on its own and grow and mutate. Finally, it spreads across the entire species globally and becomes a plague.
