Chasing the Stars: Set Sail

Forest Star, after the explosion of science and technology, entered a period of stagnation in the development of civilization. The stagnation period has lasted for 300 years. Science and technology failed to make any progress, and all aspects were in a state of stagnation. The Jupiter civilization is 3800 years old. The civilization is running slowly and resource development is in transition. It is expected that it will stop operating in 500 years. Everything will be destroyed, reorganized, and born, but this stage will take billions of years... (This is my first time writing science fiction. The name refers to Star Chaser: Set Sail!)
