Unknown Jie Lianchen

A darkly humorous story about Xie Lianchen, a carefree Daoist who longs for death but cannot die, and Mr. Bu Zhi, who loses his memory and, through a series of coincidences, ends up teaching at an academy. Though gifted in both the literary and martial arts, Mr. Bu is exceptionally lazy and lackadaisical. Together, they solve strange spiritual cases across the land, while royal power struggles unfold in the background.
