My Reaper Highness

Legend says the Underworld has a God of Death who governs the fates and punishments of humans, gods, ghosts, and spirits. He is without heart or love, an immortal deity who will never age or die. He spends his days in the Underworld, with only a century’s patrol allowing him to visit the mortal world. He possesses a Book of Rebirth that can alter people’s fates. To prolong her life, she deliberately draws close to the God of Death and finds a way to make him fall in love with her at first sight. The gods have a rule: if a god falls in love with a human, the god will perish. She only meant to win the God of Death’s love so she could take advantage of him, but she falls in love with the god first. Then she learns the truth behind her kingdom’s destruction, is betrayed by someone she trusted, and dies, becoming a vengeful ghost in red. She vows to kill her enemies with her own hands. When she is at her most desperate and helpless, the Lord of Death, whom she thought cold and heartless, becomes the person she trusts most. “Among the countless beauties in the world, only Chuchu has my heart.” “If I could stay by Chuchu’s side, I’d gladly give up being a god.”
