One Second, One Experience Point

What does one second per experience point mean?

A person reborn from Earth is reborn in another plane, in a changed timeline.

Heaven took pity on him and granted him a System.

(Let me clarify: one hour is 3,600 seconds. One minute is 60 seconds, and one hour has 60 minutes, so 60 × 60 = 3,600.)

(That means one day is 24 × 3,600 = 86,400 seconds.)
