Bailiyan stretches across the mountains, winding like a dragon, and Panlong Village is surrounded by Bailiyan. The lifeblood of the village lies on this weir. As a volunteer, a young college student came to a village that made a living from coal mining. He repaired the Baili Weir, brought hope to people, and pulled those out of the abyss-like mines. But after experiencing ups and downs, he didn't know whether he was right or wrong. Will the future of the village be changed because of him, an outsider who will leave in three years?
