Just watched it, the rest is okay, but the heroic necromancer is not that crazy! And their enemies have been the Silver City Alliance from beginning to end. They are hostile to humans because humans first declared them to be heretics (it's none of your business), they are at odds with the elves because the elves think they are disharmonious (their territories are not bordering, so do what you like), and then they are hostile to hell because of doctrinal conflicts.
