My Second Life as an Apostle

After gaining a second life in another world, He Xiangzhuo is inexplicably hailed by the villagers as a messenger of the Ancient Gods. He also possesses a constitution that lets him absorb spiritual power.

In this world, which teems with spells and magic, all magic and spells are cast through spiritual power. A constitution that absorbs spiritual power is therefore equivalent to complete immunity to magic and spells of every element.

As a result, He Xiangzhuo becomes a thorn in the side of every mage and sorcerer on the Lingyun Continent.

As he gradually uncovers the world's secrets, the Ancient Gods entrust He Xiangzhuo with a vital mission, making him their apostle.

(This is a world where mages and cultivators coexist. Though they use different methods and follow different beliefs, both rely on spiritual power to cast their magic and spells.)
