Zuo Dengfeng actually died in the first dozen chapters, but he just kept his body alive through obsession. How can such a person not be extreme? If not, he would have committed suicide in the Taoist temple. I won't talk about the plot. When I saw the end, I had not been in love at the time, and I just wanted to ask what love is in this world.

His wife was shot several times as the savior and fled with her left side. She later died of excessive blood loss. At this time, Zuo's mentality began to change. He felt powerless towards himself, felt guilty about his wife, and hated the Japanese army and the leading party. He was filled with sadness, anger, despair and hatred. His personality has also changed to being withdrawn, reticent and extreme. ④ He was rejected in his quest for Taoism (the first time he met the heroine of this book). Later, he found the unique Taoism left by his wife's teacher. He became possessed and returned to the old cat's mausoleum to obtain a pair of suppression gloves. The tone of his character is already ruthless and extreme, driven by revenge. During the Republic of China, warlords were separatist and bandits were everywhere. Against this background, Zuo Dengfeng experienced the ups and downs of his life, from "left" to "right", from moderation to extreme ego, extreme, ruthless, indifferent, moody, and arbitrary. Isn't this a miniature reflection of that era on him? There is also Zuo Dengfeng's view of good and evil. First of all, humans are social animals, and good and evil are consensuses established by human needs in social life. On the other hand, I prefer to define Zuo's goodness as Zuo's wife. When she was alive, Zuo was still participating in social activities, and people who participated in social activities must have the prevailing views of good and evil at that time.
