The Young Master's Cold, Alluring Bodyguard

Scene One:

Chu Yunhao narrowed his eyes slightly as he looked the person before him up and down.

Her lips parted, then slowly closed again. She merely gave him a look that said, “Go ahead.”

The woman nodded, her slender body dancing like a butterfly... With what looked like a few flashy but ineffective moves, she had all four burly men lying flat on the floor. They struggled, but none of them managed to get back up.

Chu Yunhao frowned. He wasn’t the only one: no one had expected this unremarkable-looking woman to be so agile.

He gave her another look from head to toe. She was 162 centimeters tall, weighed 42 kilograms, and measured 32, 22, 32. Her clothes could only be called plain, or even dowdy, and a pair of oversized black-rimmed glasses hid her rather delicate face.

Utterly ordinary. As ordinary as they came.

“What’s your name?” Chu Yunhao narrowed his long, narrow eyes at her again, his tone as casual as could be.

“Qiu.”

Just a given name, no surname.

“Qiu?” Chu Yunhao raised an eyebrow.

The woman met his gaze. Her calm eyes showed no flicker of emotion. “Qiu. Twenty years old. No parents, no surname.”

She was the one! Chu Yunhao smiled. Clean as a whistle!

Scene Three:

Night made the bedroom feel even more still.

The two of them stood rigidly facing each other, wary and watchful, cautious to the extreme.

“You’re Colo, No. 33 in the international spy organization, aren’t you, Qiu?” Chu Yunhao stared at her, his tone cold and mocking.

“...” Qiu said nothing. Her calm expression remained as cold as ever.

“I hear Colo’s strongest skill is disguise. I doubt this is your real face.” Chu Yunhao scrutinized her face. He had never seen what she really looked like.

Anger gradually surfaced in his eyes, faint but unmistakable.

“Chu Yunhao.” Qiu held up a USB drive that could leave him penniless. “I’ll take this. What happens next is up to fate.” She wasn’t one for saying much, and only tightened her grip on the drive.

“You think you can walk out of here?” He gave a cold laugh, his thin lips moving. The murderous look in his eyes was unmistakable.

“Don’t forget, I helped you install all the security systems here.”

Chu Yunhao’s cold gaze suddenly sharpened. A wave of icy chill swept through his entire body, freezing the whole sealed room in place!

“Let’s find out!”

Scene Four:

Seven years later, everything had changed beyond recognition.

A prodigy had taken the IT world by storm, stealing countless business secrets through all manner of methods. The police had investigated again and again without making any headway, finding only a string of words bearing his signature: “Just turned six. If you’ve got what it takes, come catch me!”

“Son, what did you get tonight?” A woman leaned over her son’s computer and asked, looking up at him nonchalantly.

“I stole the Zhongtian Group’s confidential land development plan.”

The woman froze for a moment, then shifted her position. “Has Mommy ever told you not to mess with the Zhongtian Group?”

“Why?”

“No reason!” The woman stood up, looking rather stern. “If I catch you doing anything like that again, I’ll spank your little bottom until it’s red!”

“...” The little boy stubbornly pursed his lips.

Scene Five:

“Just turned six. If you’ve got what it takes, come catch me!”

Chu Yunhao read the childish words on the screen and smiled wickedly. Catch you? That’ll be easy!

And so, a thrilling battle between father and son began...

Woman, you disappeared for seven years, and now you’ve come back with some little brat to pick a fight with me. You can have a man by your side, but it won’t be anyone else!

Kid, I’ll carry you off like a chicken and dump you far away. Don’t give me that pitiful look. Blame your heartless mother. You’re on your own!

“Old man, don’t get so carried away. I’ll be back, just you wait...”
