Some of the criminal investigation articles I have read are so long apart that I can only write reviews based on the remaining impressions. I will not leave out the well-known ones such as Po Yun, Silent Reading, and Criminal Psychology.
Finished reading on July 2, 2025! The husband and wife who got together at the beginning of the chapter have a sense of CP, and the supporting characters are also very fleshed out. The writing and atmosphere are relatively relaxed and lively, which is different from the common serious criminal investigation articles. I feel a sense of cold humor from time to time, and each case is the main line. The first half may be a bit scattered, but the second half is coherent and high-energy, and it is worth reading. Gong's name is Jiang Nan, which is a bit of a surprise (I'm lucky, because in addition to the old gangster Jiangnan who wrote about the Dragon Clan, I also know a man whose real name is Jiang Nan in real life, and I'm already immune to this name). Shou's name is Jiang Bei, which is a couple's name given to him by Kurohu Gong. No But don't expect too much, because I watched it and found it to be a stream of consciousness and the plot is scattered. The author also said that it is the product of letting oneself go. Those who don't have time can just read my summary of the story - attack (Jiangnan, criminal suspect), suffer (Jiangbei, deputy criminal investigation detachment) Gong has a twin brother (who lived in an orphanage and was later adopted). Starting from high school, the two of them would switch identities to go to school and later work. The twin brother Cheng Ye attended the police academy and after graduation, he joined the city bureau where Shou was. At that time, a serial murder case occurred, and all the people who died were people who were at the Cheng Ye Welfare Home at the same time. Cheng Ye was captured on surveillance at the crime scene, so Cheng Ye was summoned for interrogation as a suspect. On the night Cheng Ye was at the city police station, another person died, so Cheng Ye was cleared of suspicion and released home. After returning home, Cheng Ye died at home. Read it on January 5, 2025! It made up for the stuck in my throat caused by the last book, and I'm feeling better again! The pacing and character design are great, and each case is closely related to the main plot. It's a pleasure to watch it in one go. The setting is also my favorite type. Shouyi appears wearing a vest (he has a high martial arts value, and he likes beauties with high martial arts values), but Gong recognizes it quickly (and silently helps him put the vest back on). There is no sloppiness at all, no misunderstandings, no bloodshed, serious crimes and villains, and pure love while following the plot, perfect!
Read it on January 3, 2025. Although I finished reading it, I still felt like it was stuck in my throat. It was all due to the many twists and turns mentioned in the ratings and the chapters where the author revealed the secrets of the vest that kept me going.

In short, if you want to watch a love story with a criminal investigation background, or if you like vests and jumpsuits, you can get in. If you want to watch serious professional cases, you have to put up with the above shortcomings.
Read it on 2024.12.28! I re-read the first part before reading it. Fortunately, I re-read it all because the timeline of the second part follows the first one very smoothly and seamlessly. Read it on November 17, 2024! (Recently, I have become addicted to criminal investigation, so it suddenly appeared.) The title and content of this book don't seem to match well, but it's good to read! The portrayals of the two male protagonists are both great. They are probably better as characters than as cases (the cases are actually quite well written). Basically every small case in the book can be considered as the main plot. It will be quite enjoyable to read it in one go. The villain is also solved neatly in the ending! Back to the characters, I like her type. I feel like she is a super high-level INFJ. She has a good brain and can fight, but she is also a little confused. Attack. At first, I saw the name and cut it out to confirm repeatedly. She is a very cheerful type. When she first appeared, her words were also... A lot. If you don't like this kind of character at first, please be patient, because you may miss the happiness, sunshine, firmness and occasionally sharpness. Watched it on 7.8! This book is shorter, and the whole text basically revolves around a big case. The collection is not too large and a bit cold. The overall completion is acceptable. It is a rare criminal investigation text with a strong emotional line. Rebirth! The kind of rebirth and revenge where you change your body (crossed out, it's about finding out the truth about death)! Finished reading on 7.7! The events are intertwined (emphasis added), and it is very comfortable and exciting to read in one go. The emotional line is average, the two male protagonists are quite lively, and it has a youthful feel (compared to other criminal investigation novels), which is suitable for reading when the literature is in short supply.

The case is more realistic, and the clues and perspective are more forensic. If you like this type, don't miss it! The two male protagonists, the main point of view is the forensic doctor Director Liu, and the CP is the detective Qi Shanyu (I am currently watching the second part and I have to sigh when I recall it. We also watched Xiao Qi grow up step by step from a newcomer). The emotional line is adult-like mature and natural, not sloppy at all. What is the sexual tension in the first evaluation above?
