------Novel Blurb------
The self-proclaimed captain of the Kasukabe Defense Force, Nene, is here! She debuted under the stage name Nene three years ago, but nobody in the entertainment industry has ever heard of her.
Just when she thought she'd never make it big, she awakened a special power!
Nene affectionately calls her ability “Get Writing, Screenwriter!” After all, she can freely write all kinds of scripts in her dreams at night, and there's a whole bunch of handsome guys acting in them!
There's one with an exotic charm, one mature and gentle, and one cool and rational. Every handsome guy in her dream world is totally immersed in his role! And if she clears the story successfully, she wakes up with a huge burst of inspiration and acting skill!
But as she starts dreaming more and more often, things seem to spiral out of control.
She starts running into the male leads from her dreams in real life. They're just as charming as they were in her dreams. Help, Nene's heart is about to stop obeying her!
Wait, why do all these handsome guys seem to know her so well...?
A certain undercover police officer has been having strange dreams night after night.
Today, he's an overbearing CEO, playing the lover who tries to steal a beautiful wife from her timid husband. Tomorrow, he's a loyal knight protecting his lord's wife, dangerously testing the limits of propriety...
His moral standards are clearly so high! Why does he keep having to play these roles?
One day, his superior suddenly assigns him to get close to a young actress. That's when he realizes she looks exactly like the female lead in his dreams, though her personality is much more quirky and mischievous.
Keeping his little secret to himself, he finally meets up with his fellow trainees for a meal. As they chat, everyone brings up the weird dreams they've been having lately. Comparing notes, they find that every dream is uniquely melodramatic and bizarre.
Only then does the officer realize that the girl is the female lead in everyone's dreams. But his keen eye catches a few people reacting strangely...
The Thousand-Faced Witch has been a little troubled lately. Her young apprentice seems on the verge of becoming a star in the entertainment industry.
It was the heir to the Suzukienji family who first asked her to look after the girl, but she's genuinely grown fond of her.
Now the Organization wants her to persuade the girl to become an informant. She'd only just managed to talk the boss out of it when that Bourbon fellow went and approached her beloved apprentice on his own.
She'd better teach her apprentice to watch out for men's honey traps... right?
* A story about Nene Sakurada, who was obsessed with playing house as if it were real, all grown up. Her friends will also appear as adults.
** Still a crossover, probably with Bungo Stray Dogs and Skip Beat! You can read this without knowing them.
*** This is tentatively planned as an ensemble story. Look forward to it!
Theme: Hard work is never wasted; it shapes you into something fine.
