Lin Yan transmigrated into the body of a man in ancient times who was obsessed with wealth and status.
The original owner relied on his "good looks" and tried to marry into a wealthy family by illegal means. Through a twist of fate, he was forced to marry Liu Jingqiu, who had nothing to his name.
Liu Jingqiu had been married before, and his family had no savings. His handsome face alone wasn't enough to win the original owner's heart.
To get a divorce, the original owner made a scene at every turn and ruined his reputation, until he finally drove himself to death. All he left behind was a mess for Lin Yan, the transmigrator, to clean up.
Lin Yan: ...
Before he had much time to worry, his husband in name only approached with a bowl of medicinal soup.
As a straight man, he was ready to reject this decidedly gay gesture. But the moment Lin Yan looked up, he couldn't get a word out.
Liu Jingqiu was handsome, with gentle features. He softly coaxed Lin Yan to drink his medicine, looking like a frail, sickly husband just waiting to be ravished.
Lin Yan: ...
Original owner, I'll gladly take your husband off your hands.
Spoiled top, weak-in-bed top, no children, extreme fans should stay away. The wife is the top.
