[Western Crossover] Batman's Dog

Ace and an elderly Bruce escaped a dangerous encounter with eldritch horrors. After surviving such a calamity, good fortune followed: Ace gained intelligence and tentacles, while Bruce and the current Batman, Terry, taught him, turning him into an extraordinary bat-dog who could talk, read, write, and get into college.

After the elderly Batman died, the dog lay in front of his gravestone, unwilling to leave. Whimpering sadly and in a daze, he made a wish to God. He wanted to accompany Batman from childhood to adulthood. He said that if he were Batman's dog, then Batman would have to be his master for his whole life.

God heard the dog's wish and granted it, sending him to various parallel worlds to meet Batmen of different ages.

"Kingdom Come": You're younger than my master, but still very old. Will you let me into the castle? If not, I... I'll just find some place on the estate to live as a stray dog.

"Dark Multiverse: Broken Bat": You look like you're suffering. Do you want me to lick you? My master says I'm very clever. I can help you get better.

"Lego": I'm going to build a huge Lego statue. Oh, Master, you're going to build a statue of me? Woof woof woof woof woof!

"Absolute Batman": What a muscular Batman! It's my young master! Woof woof woof! Mr. Batman, would you like to adopt a puppy?

"Flashpoint": I met my master when he was just born. I want to watch him grow up and go to college, then find out that this dog is a visiting professor at the university. Ha ha, woof!

"Batman Beyond": Terry, I'm back. I acknowledge you. You're Batman too.

The dog's journey through the multiverse. In the dog's eyes, Batman is the very, very, very best. Anyone who bullies Batman gets bitten!

The dog never turns human. He is always a dog, forever a dog, an original dog, not a dog possessed by a human soul.

These worlds are tentative for now. I'll add more to the main story if I think of any.
