The Rulebook Horror Stories of the Second-Generation Fans

This story is also known as The Setter's Paradox

The setters enter a world of supernatural rules.

My first time trying this style. I won't be signing a contract, and updates will be whenever I can manage them. I'm not Furudate-sensei, so there will definitely be some OOC, but I'll do my best to keep it to a minimum. I also don't want writing advice, but you're welcome to discuss the story in the comments.

By the way, please check out my upcoming story: When the God of Death Comes to Tokyo Jujutsu High

1.

Toshiro Hitsugaya, captain of Squad 10 of the Gotei 13 in Soul Society, discovers during a protection mission that the one who stole the Royal Seal is his childhood friend. He decides to retrieve it alone. On his way to the World of the Living, he is caught in a space-time rift and swept into a place called "Tokyo Jujutsu High."

Toshiro Hitsugaya: ...?

Newly enrolled Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, and Shoko Ieiri: ...?

Where did this guy come from?

2.

After reclaiming the Royal Seal and returning to Soul Society, Hitsugaya faces the traitorous Aizen, who has summoned the Arrancars to battle the captains and vice-captains of the Gotei 13 above Karakura Town. For no apparent reason, just as he is activating his Bankai, Hitsugaya falls in front of Toji Fushiguro and Satoru Gojo.

Toshiro Hitsugaya's hand trembles slightly as he holds his Zanpakuto: ...Where am I now?

Satoru Gojo: ?

Toji Fushiguro: ?

3.

During the Thousand-Year Blood War, Soul Society is attacked by the Quincy. Hitsugaya regains his Bankai, then, the next second, inexplicably enters another time and space and arrives in Shibuya.

Toshiro Hitsugaya, utterly world-weary: I'm used to it.

Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Yuji Itadori are horrified. "Why is there a little kid in the battle zone? Get over here!"

Behind them, Satoru Gojo leans on Suguru Geto's shoulder and laughs so hard he can barely stand. "An elementary schooler... an elementary schooler who can freeze you into an ice pop."

Toshiro Hitsugaya: ...

"Bankai, Daiguren Hyorinmaru!"

Theme: Everything has a crack. That's where the light gets in
