A laid-back, salty-fish little police officer who just wants an easy life, but is secretly a programming prodigy

Floor it and race to the top: a bomb disposal genius and captain of the Metropolitan Police Department's Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit

“He pulled out a cigarette and held it between his lips. Smoke blurred the sharp lines of his profile. This young captain, who had taken command of a tactical unit at just twenty-two, was a top bomb disposal expert. But at that moment, he looked more like a beast fresh out of the boxing ring, his whole body radiating an untamed ferocity.”

This story is dedicated to the memory of this bomb disposal genius, a bright possibility for the future of the Metropolitan Police Department.
