Life is so much happier without Mori exploiting him. And imagining Mori’s headache at suddenly losing two useful cards makes it even more satisfying.

But lately Dazai has developed a new problem. Dogs are affectionate pets, but Chuuya has absolutely no sense of boundaries. They left it to that annoying pair of high school boys, and, by sheer coincidence, found a way back. Dazai also unexpectedly learned a lot about what had happened in parallel worlds. He really should just kill himself, but those annoying eyes and that annoying domain were so unfair. How could they tell Chuuya everything?

Chuuya beat him up again, but said he’d cling to him for the rest of his life. Fine. To find out whether he meant it, Dazai would just keep living for now.
