A Guide to Falling in Love with Water Signs

Cancer woman × Scorpio man | A gentle hunt spanning ten years

“Jiang Qian, do you know? The first lie I ever told was to you.”

When Liu Ying was eight, she felt anxious after transferring schools, until Jiang Qian said to her, “Let's walk home together.”

That casual promise became the tenderest fixation of her youth.

She had a crush on him, openly yet cautiously.

Then the lie slipped out: “How could I possibly like you?”

He gave her an out. “I get it. I didn't take it seriously.”

They became “ordinary friends,” and she thought that was where the story ended.

But when she urged him to go to a better school, and when she repeatedly chose the “right” answers,

Jiang Qian stayed right where he was, waiting for her to turn back.

This isn't a one-sided crush, nor is it a story of hardship finally paying off.

It's about two people who never make the first move, making an exception for each other.

“It's okay if you walk slowly. I'll always be here.”

“You don't have to say it. I know. I remember everything about you.”
