How Did the Delicate Omega I Picked Up Turn into an Alpha?

I'm a natural-born caretaker. I found a delicate Omega in a garbage heap.

After two months of caring for him, he looked at me with nothing but dependence.

I was content.

But this Omega grew more and more insecure, until he had to hold me while he slept at night.

That night, I suddenly felt something wet against the gland at the back of my neck. I opened my eyes and saw the Omega with his arms around my waist.

"Wifey~ You're awake?"

Me: ?

The next second, an Alpha's pheromones invaded my senses, and he bit into my gland.
