Follows the original story + quick transmigration across multiple worlds + Batfamily kid
Also known as The Waynes Are Calling Me Home for Dinner and A Child's Heart Across the World: The Gotham Edition
With help from a guy with a little iron mustache, a Batfamily kid who had been flapping around far from home travels through time and space and sets off on a long journey home.
Aike Wayne was an utterly ordinary Bat-kid born in one of countless parallel worlds. Apart from being a sweet girl, she had nothing going for her.
As one unknown Red Hood put it: "What does Bruce Wayne's daughter have to do with Batman?"
Batman gave him a disapproving look.
But Bruce Wayne gave the comment a thumbs-up.
One day, she said, "Daddy~ I'm heading out~ I'll be back before six!"
And then, in the blink of an eye, the Batfamily's darling little cupcake was gone.
Bruce Wayne: "?"
Bruce Wayne: Wait, where's my daughter? She was just here!
Aike closed her eyes and opened them again, and she was in Afghanistan.
In the desert, a man with a little mustache said he was Stark, the richest man in the world, and told her to send him fifty bucks to become Iron Man.
Aike, who only ever paid by card and never carried cash: Huh?
Aike was born and raised in Gotham. She had dodged random street shootings, witnessed a chain of gas station explosions, and checked out Arkham Asylum itself. She thought she was invincible in this little New York and wondered how boring that must be, only to turn around and see several UFOs flying past the window, apparently signaling an alien invasion.
It's not as if she had never seen aliens before, but an interstellar war was a first.
Aike: ...
Dad, it's so dangerous out here. I want to go back to Gotham.
