The first time Xu Chuxia saw Huo Ran, she thought she was a timid, shy little rabbit. When danger came, she would only curl up into a ball instead of running away. Seeing her reddened eyes, Xu Chuxia wanted nothing more than to protect her.
Later, Xu Chuxia realized she was wrong. Huo Ran was a hedgehog who only occasionally let her vulnerable side show. Most of the time, she protected herself from the outside world with hard, sharp spines, making it difficult for anyone who truly wanted to enter her heart to get close.
I think I've fallen for her. I've even started looking forward to spending early summer with her.
Huo Ran thought she had hidden her feelings well, but Xu Chuxia had known about them for a long time.
That summer, when they were eighteen, Xu Chuxia took Huo Ran by the hand and ran with her beneath the bright early-summer sun.

2. The main cast is all female. There will be "villainous" female supporting characters at the beginning, but their storylines will be explained. Once their hardships are resolved, they'll return to their kind-hearted selves.
3. There will be a few men mentioned in passing, but no characters who are entirely good or entirely evil.
