I’m a high school girl who doesn’t like sports or running, and isn’t good at talking to people.
I’m the libero on the girls’ volleyball team.
Kenma asked me listlessly, “Why would you go and play volleyball?”
I answered just as listlessly, “Good question. Why did you become a setter, Kenma?”
The culprit was Kuroo ∑:D
“What was your last name again?”
Without looking up, I blurted, “Kuroo.”
Kenma, who was playing a game nearby, looked up. “You said Kuroo last time, too.”
“Oh, did I? I’ll make up for the times I should’ve said Kozume next time.”
Kenma lowered his head again. “Mm.”
Later...
“Shiori, will you marry me?”
“...?”
“If you marry me, you can really have the last name Kozume.”
“...” My heart was swayed.
PS:
1. Pairing: the cat-like setter. A fluffy, illogical little romance. OOC warning, and lots of headcanons.
2. Mainly Haikyuu!!, an utterly ordinary slice-of-life story. Told entirely in third person.
Theme: Finding oneself
