Milk and Mint Candy [Frenemies]

A sweet-natured but stubborn, money-loving nurse x a streetwise, shameless tattoo artist who never knows when to stop talking

The first time Cheng Yinuo and Gu Xu met, the phrase "ill-fated rivals" fit them perfectly.

The first time, Cheng Yinuo was a nurse and Gu Xu was her patient.

He called her a beauty, and she told him to keep his two pounds of meat in check.

The second time, she was on a blind date, and he showed up to ruin it.

He chased off her date, and she slapped him, telling him he deserved to get slashed by his ex-girlfriend.

The third time, a leak in her apartment flooded the place downstairs, and he was the victim.

Cheng Yinuo: Well, this is awkward.

Gu Xu's compensation terms were simple: fifty thousand for renovations plus fifty thousand in rent.

Cheng Yinuo: One slap wasn't enough.

Then Gu Xu suggested that if Cheng Yinuo would move in with him, he would waive the fifty thousand in rent.

Cheng Yinuo: Fine. I'll do it for the money.
