After the Cat Decided to Die [Western Fantasy]

Mousse is a beautiful calico cat.

Her owner has just passed away, and none of the owner's family or friends are willing to take her in.

Soon afterward, Mousse suffers one misfortune after another.

The more she thinks about it, the more miserable she feels. Then she suddenly decides: she's going to die!

Mousse jumps into the river, but she doesn't die. Instead, she transmigrates to a wondrous world.

The elf Shuer tells her:

A witch once prophesied that the arrival of an outsider from beyond the heavens would throw the world out of balance.

If such an outsider is discovered, they must be killed.

Cats went extinct in this world ten years ago, so any cat that appears now must be an outsider from beyond the heavens.

Shuer doesn't want such an adorable cat to die, so he turns her into a human.

Wonderful! Now nobody will recognize that she's a cat, so she won't be killed. Meow~

Shuer takes Mousse home. Yay, she has a new owner!

Only later does Mousse learn that Shuer is the king of the world.

There are many races in this world, and they all adore the adorable girl she has become. They come to play with her almost every day and bring her delicious food and fun things. Mousse feels incredibly, incredibly happy.

May cats be happy forever!

She must be the happiest little kitty in the whole world, meow~
