The "Jin" in Jin Qiulin comes from the Jin family of Kunlun's Jade Mountain. The Jin family was originally a jade mountain in the immortal garden of the Queen Mother of the West. Every member of the Jin family is a precious stone from an immortal land. Thus, the Jin family's only daughter, Jin Qiulin, was born in the heavens, raised on nectar and jade dew, with a mountain of gold and jade at her back.
For a sole daughter of such a supremely noble and fabulously wealthy immortal clan, there were only two hardships in Jin Qiulin's life from the day she was born: the two cries she let out at birth, and the two mouthfuls of northwest wind she choked on during her Immortal Initiation Ceremony.
Later, she decided that marrying down into Youdu should count as well.

Youdu is a barren land deep in the Demon Abyss, said to be so desolate that not even cockroaches can survive there. It is beset by conflict year-round, with the various tribes constantly at war and famous great demons locked in endless battles. Later, however, they were all brought to heel by one man, whom the tribes of the Demon Abyss called the Lord of Youdu.
That man was Hou Hanbei.
When Hou Hanbei wields his Green Dragon Saber, he is a tyrant who tramples Xuanyuan City beneath his feet. When he wears the groom's bright red ceremonial flower, he is an unsmiling block of ice.
Jin Qiulin affectionately calls him "a stinking rock, cold and hard."
Hou Hanbei is delighted to take it as a pet name.
After thousands of years of marriage, they treat each other with respect and live in perfect harmony.
In Hou Hanbei's eyes, they are the very picture of a devoted couple.
Until one day, the Yin Jade Seal of Youdu is stolen. To uncover the truth, he takes down the Recording Pearl from the corner of the main hall, where it has sat for thousands of years, used exclusively to capture images and sound.
And suddenly, he sees.
Within the golden gauze curtains of their bedchamber, his beautiful wife, as graceful as a willow and charming as a flower, sleeps soundly.
From beyond the shadow-filled hall, a tall, bamboo-straight figure walks in slowly. He enters the bedchamber as if he knows it by heart, parts the curtains, and dives into the riot of colors within.
Then.
The noble wife he had gone to such lengths to marry leans back, her slender neck sinking into the bedding. Her beautiful legs kick wildly on either side of the man's face as her flower-like features glisten and soft moans spill from her lips.
A dazzling, spoiled beauty vs. an unsmiling block of ice
1. The male lead will not change. The ending is one-to-one, and the male lead is the man in the blurb.
2. Before the heroine falls for the male lead, she will not be faithful to him. She will have slept with both men, so she is not a virgin.
3. This will probably be a lighthearted, sweet romance, and not very long, perhaps two or three hundred thousand words.
4. I don't want to write Jinluan Changle anymore, so I'm using this premise in place of the original blurb. Feel free to claim the original if you don't mind.
Theme: Haven't decided yet.
