The Art of Dating a Transmuter

I’m a bad woman.

As you can see, I’m good at telling people what they want to hear and playing along with whoever I’m dealing with. I use my looks to scrape by in society and live the good life.

That is, until I got a boyfriend.

He’s not much to look at, with a nasty personality and a nasty temper. He’s not gentle, either, and he’s rough. He doesn’t know how to treat a woman, let alone be romantic. His wallet barely has any cash in it, and he told me, “If you want something, go steal it!” What a psycho!

As I counted off all his faults to the person across from me, he watched with a beaming smile. The pile of playing cards rose into a tower, then collapsed with the slightest touch.

“Poor Zero-chan. If only your boyfriend were me~”

Good question.

But I don’t think the guy across from me is any better. His moods are unpredictable and change on a whim. The difference between loving you and killing you is just a moment. He has plenty of money, but somehow gives off a cheap, street-market vibe. For some reason, I feel like he’s practically doing me a favor by showing me affection.

“No, I...”

“Reject me and I’ll kill you.”

“...You want to be the other woman? I’m okay with that.”

Yes, as you can see, I’m a bad woman.
