Free-spirited yet responsible wind-elf intelligence officer Feng Xing x outwardly cold but warmhearted swordsman Bai Jing, who always steps up when needed

This is a world made entirely of data. Beastfolk forests, fairy-tale police stations, noble ridges, plantfolk, sky islands... Creatures formed from all kinds of mixed data live together in this world.

After the wars between the different clans and the struggle to survive against viral creatures come to an end, former intelligence analyst Feng Xing receives an invitation from a comrade-in-arms to attend a wedding in the remote Wolf-Rabbit Forest.

The wedding hasn't even been fully confirmed yet.

"Feng Xing! Help me find out if he really wants to be with me!"

"Is that really the priority right now?" Feng Xing pushes down the wolf head frantically rubbing against him and stresses, "You asked me here to investigate the deaths of the bride and groom at the last wedding, right, young clan leader?!"

"Of course, but I need help with this too! My future happiness is at stake, so please give me some advice! Just a little! Lord Feng Xing!"

* The plot and romance are roughly equally important. Feng Xing and Bai Jing officially become partners after the third case, but they team up temporarily for the first case.

* This is a data world where anything is possible. You might even see magic and cultivation coexist, or a "Cinderella" who is the head of a fairy-tale police station hunting down criminals.

* There are quite a few side couples, appearing between cases. Some are only mentioned briefly, and not every character gets a pairing.
