The Canary's Sleepless Nights

As an omega whose mother is seriously ill and in urgent need of money, and who is at the age where he should be getting married, Tao Zhishi desperately needs a contract marriage.

His contract marriage partner is named Huo Qinian. He's handsome and wealthy.

More importantly, the contract marriage is set to last only a short time, and Huo is willing to pay Tao more than he expected.

Tao Zhishi: "I'll sign!"

But gradually, Tao Zhishi starts to notice that something isn't quite right.

There is no wedding, but Huo Qinian invites his parents over for dinner.

Tao Zhishi figures that's understandable. If they're going to pretend, they should do it properly, and meeting the parents is only right.

After marking him, Huo leaves his clothes for Tao Zhishi because he's uncomfortable.

Tao Zhishi: ...Suppressants will do the trick. There's no need to make things so suggestive.

After giving birth, Tao Zhishi dusts himself off and plans to leave for good. Huo Qinian says the baby is too young and needs an omega's pheromones to soothe him.

Tao Zhishi: That wasn't in the contract!

In the end, President Huo throws caution to the wind. You can't leave. I have the final say in interpreting the contract.

Tao Zhishi: "..."
