The Alpha I Like Is Actually an Omega

Guiding Alpha × awkward, slow-to-catch-on Omega

Synopsis:

Zhu Song'an had always thought he was an unusual Alpha. His pheromones had no scent, and he couldn't smell anyone else's pheromones, either. This difference had made him accustomed to keeping to himself, and he had even begun to accept that he might never fit into a world governed by pheromones.

However, fate apparently had no intention of letting him continue living in peace. One day, Zhu Song'an suddenly felt woozy. His gland grew hot and swollen, as if something inside him were quietly awakening. Then a sweet, heavy peach wine scent began to seep from his gland and spread through the air.

Chen Shixu caught the scent, frowned, and asked in confusion, "Didn't you say your pheromones had no scent?" He moved closer and sniffed carefully. Then his eyes widened, disbelief in his voice. "Wait... this smell... you're an Omega!"

Zhu Song'an froze, his mind in chaos. He had always thought he was an Alpha and had never imagined he could actually be an Omega. This sudden truth caught him completely off guard, while the sweet, heavy scent of peach wine seemed to remind him that his world was about to be turned upside down.

Content warnings:

1. The synopsis differs slightly from the original text, but the essential content will not change.

2. The romance may move quickly. I'll adjust the pacing gradually.

3. I'm an inexperienced writer, so my writing may be a little immature. Please bear with me.

4. This is an Omegaverse story with some of my own adjustments. For example, suppressants come as pills rather than injections. Otherwise, you'd have to give yourself a shot every so often, which would be too painful.
