Lychees Aren’t the Only Fruit

By rights, that uncle had raised her with all his heart. She ought to be grateful and repay him. Now that she was in her twenties and had learned a skill that could earn her a living, she shouldn't keep asking him for anything.

But lately, all she wanted was to rebel.

She resented him for not being the elite CEO from a romance novel, for not indulging her dream of living like a rich young lady.

She also hated his prim, old-fashioned ways, and how he never responded to her taboo, boundary-pushing advances.

After years of being a good student, she now wanted a relationship that was all about the body, not the heart.

One probably wouldn't be enough. She'd have to move straight from one to the next.

Lychees aren't the only fruit, and he isn't the only man for her.
