Always younger top, one-on-one romance between two strong leads. The bottom has extraordinary talent and is a bona fide academic genius, while the top's combat ability is off the charts.
This will probably be a short story of two or three hundred thousand words. I'll flesh it out once I've worked out the setting and plot.
