Shadow Clone Magic

When Xiaoman falls on the playground, her shadow suddenly wriggles.

“Hey, want me to do your drawing for you?” the shadow, Momo, says from the wall.

From then on, Xiaoman never has to worry about homework again: Momo can split into copies to write essays, help with ballet, and do the arithmetic on an abacus.

Then, on the day of the school's talent show, Momo's copies get out of control

Essay papers go flying everywhere, ballet steps turn stiff as a puppet's, and the abacus beads rise up in revolt.

The principal adjusts his glasses from the judges' table. “Xiaoman, your helper seems to have its hands full.”
