I’m the villainess in a story set at an elite academy.
I seemed to come from a noble family, but in truth, I was an illegitimate daughter brought in to cover up a scandal involving the wealthy family. To stay on top forever, I did a lot of terrible things.
One day, a voice claiming to be the “Villainess Self-Salvation System” rang in my ear. “Master, this time we definitely won’t repeat the same mistakes!”
Taking credit for the heroine’s achievements, framing the second male lead and sending him to prison, destroying the Bai family... I was responsible for every kind of misdeed. I never realized I could be so thoroughly evil.
The readers hated me so much they were grinding their teeth, and the author stopped writing even the sweet bonus chapters about the male and female leads. The entire second half of the novel was devoted to my miserable ending:
Amputation, blindness, gang rape, mental breakdown...
The System sobbed miserably, wishing it could step out of the void and give me a fierce hug. “Master, it wasn’t your fault. If your villainy score doesn’t meet the target, you’ll be in so much pain T-T”
“But I’ve already applied to the Main God to have the villainy score removed. This time, we’ll save the male lead before the heroine does, follow a redemption route, and clear your name. It’ll be fine!”
I smiled without saying a word.
The System was lost in its own beautiful fantasy and didn’t notice the new progress bar appearing in the void:
Goodwill score: ##%@#%...
Faintly entwined with black mist.
*All male characters are sexually inexperienced; a twisted, dark take on being adored by everyone, and none of them are quite right in the head.
