Even Though the Guidance Has Long Since Crumbled, Please Become... the Pirate King?

A strange, wild imagination. No outline, no backlog, and no regard for readers, so click with caution if you don't like authors like that.

Second-person narration. Other characters call you the Tarnished. The protagonist is mute and has amnesia, based on my own preferences. They know nothing about either Elden Ring or One Piece, and will both steal other people's lunchboxes and stuff them with food.

On a friend's recommendation, you bought this open-world game advertised as a "surreal romance game," with "customizable faces and outfits," "handsome men and beautiful women relentlessly pursuing the player," and a chance to "climb to the top of the world."

It's just that the opening cinematic doesn't quite match what your friend described.

Weren't you supposed to become the Elden Lord? What's the Pirate King?

That question didn't matter before you transmigrated, but now it's a serious problem.

A disastrous start, a delightfully mute protagonist, broke as can be, and not even the basic setting has been explained!

Don't panic. Try beating the game first.

You remember your friend telling you that all you had to do was become king and win over a demigod to get the game's ending.

So what exactly is a demigod? you ask your friend.

"A child of a god," your friend answers immediately.

Oh, oh, oh! Now you understand everything.

So...

You just have to become the Pirate King of this world, then win over one of those Celestial Dragons descended from the gods, right?

With your goal clear, your heart is full of fighting spirit.
