The Phoenix Feather Chronicles (GL)

Thank you to Xiaoyi for making the cover. It's beautiful! This is... a story about a lethal general and a scheming empress dowager... Yes, a general and empress dowager who grew up together! This is the general's legendary life... She begins by disguising herself as a man, carries a legend with her, and then makes her way through life on her own terms... One is the child of a military family, the other the daughter of a prime minister. Childhood friends who have loved each other since they were young, they pledge themselves to each other, yet each is bound by a different fate... One disguises herself as a man, joins the army, and wages war across the land. The other is clever and wise, but enters the palace and becomes empress... Thus one leads a life of blood and steel on the battlefield, while the other faces power struggles in the palace, deep as the sea... Yet neither ever forgot the other, and neither ever gave up on the other... In the end, they will surely be together... no matter what happens to the world... This is a legendary love story, so please don't ask why there's palace intrigue, why there's a battlefield, or why the leads aren't constantly making love. Also, this is Xiao Dong's first story about the palace and war, so please go easy on me when you critique it. Well, I promise this story won't be abandoned, updates will come at a steady pace, and it will have a happy ending. And a little reminder, dear readers: don't forget to bookmark, rate, and review... Xiao Dong bows. Thank you all for your continued support. This story is published exclusively on Jinjiang. Reposting is prohibited. Theme:
