The once-glorious General's Residence of Dingbei was reduced to ashes in a great fire, separating two childhood companions. Their parting wasn't the end of their story, but the beginning of a new one. They would decide their own fate.
Little scene:
When Yuan Jiuji finally found Qi Anming, he discovered two people beside his beloved, one grown-up and one little. Yuan Jiuji's eyes blazed as he accused him: "I love you so much I'd give you my life, and what did you do? You faked your death, ran off with a man, and now you've even got a son!"
Qi Anming looked at the man in a frenzy and calmly pulled the little boy beside him closer. "Take a good look at this child's face and tell me who he looks like!"
Yuan Jiuji stared at the child, whose face looked eighty percent like his own, and was momentarily bewildered. He answered honestly, "He looks like me, but aren't you a man, my dear?"
Qi Anming leaned close to Yuan Jiuji's ear and said, "I'm a man, but I can have children too." Then he turned and walked away, leaving Yuan Jiuji utterly stunned, while their friends laughed mercilessly at him.

At first, they wished to help the people of the world and make a home for themselves. In the end, all they wished for was lasting happiness and peace, bright and clear as the moon, shining together like the sun and moon.
