How I Forced the Savior to Kill Me

He twirled a flower petal and smiled, his eyes curving into crescents.

"And I am destined to be one of the countless souls slain by the savior's blade. He will kill me with his own hands."

What does God need to create a savior?

Family bound by blood, friends who share his ideals, and a lover who will stand by his side through thick and thin.

These three represent the most essential emotions in a person's life: familial love, friendship, and romantic love.

Only someone raised in a healthy, warm, loving environment can grow into a compassionate savior who helps the world and its people, someone with enough love left over to share with everyone.

Yes, that's how it should be.

"Why did you lie to me?" The person above him braced a hand on the ground, and the tears that fell were so hot they stung his face. "Why!"

"You're angry, aren't you? You're hurting, aren't you?" He reached out and touched the other's face, tenderly, almost pityingly. "I understand. After all, I was the one who 'killed' your mentor, your closest friend, and your lover. So, "

He guided the other's hand to his own throat and clenched it there, then gave a wild smile, tinged with anticipation.

"Are you going to kill me?"
