Because of a little mistake, I, Patrick Bateman, was kicked off Wall Street and sent to Gotham.
With my Louis Vuitton suitcase, my custom Valentino suit, and my Rolex watch, I saw a playboy who looked exactly like me.
Bruce Wayne. Damn him! People flock to him with ease, he gets to set Gotham's fashion trends, Dozier sends him invitations, and he even has a manor! Damn him!
I'm going to destroy him.
I'm going to kill him.
But that can wait. Why is that damn Paul Allen still alive?
I'd planned to capture him and tie him up. Just as I was about to split his head open, a giant bat with no taste swooped down, hauled Paul off to an insane asylum, and mocked him for being a clown.
I laughed. I'd found a better way to deal with that Wayne...

For various reasons, I might add in some horror games and movies (okay, honestly, there just aren't enough stories about horror games, and I want more).
Exactly what gets included depends on what horror movies I've been watching or what horror game playthroughs I've been viewing lately (that's right, I'm a coward, so I usually don't dare actually play them myself). It might eventually turn into a superhero-versus-horror-movie showdown.
One idea I have so far is Supes going to Mount Massive Asylum.
The inspiration came to me while I was watching American Psycho: I suddenly thought that Bateman would totally lose it if he saw Bruce.
The core joke is the actors ( ). Christian Bale was in the Dark Knight trilogy and American Psycho (I'd say it's a horror movie, but watch with caution, even though it's a good film). The actor who played Paul was in Joker. The two of them gave us that iconic scene in American Psycho where the Bat of Gotham laughs maniacally and hacks the Joker to death (not really).
Bateman is mentally ill... Vanity and violence are pretty much all his world has in it. The movie is even a little better (but not by much), and he's an even worse scumbag in the original novel. The blurb is in first person, but the main story is in third person.
Since Bateman's character involves a lot of luxury brands, there'll be plenty of them mentioned. But I'm broke as hell (I'm dying, I wore a pair of sneakers that cost over 200 yuan for more than two years until I wore the soles through), and I've never even seen the entrance to a luxury store in my life, so I'm relying on online searches for the details. Feel free to correct me if I get anything wrong.
The extra story has Bateman transmigrating into the third Nolan Batman movie to be a substitute meal for Night Owl. I mostly just want to see nihilism clash with nihilism (Bateman would probably lose it when he saw Owlman, too).

The supporting character was created by Bateman himself.
Theme: Consumerism does a lot of harm.
