The Cold Male Zerg Shared by All

In the year 791 of the New Calendar, I Luo Er was awarded the honorary title "Star of the Empire," becoming the first B-grade male insect in history to receive the distinction.

I Luo Er had waist-length silver hair and a cool, beautiful appearance, like a moon in the heavens, untouchable and sacred. He publicly supported equality and advocated for a one-male-to-one-female system. Courteous and chaste, he had every right to be the dream partner of every female insect.

What's more, His Excellency I Luo Er was still single and unattached.

All the female insects, and even the male insects, wondered who could marry this Excellency, who was perfect in every way except for his somewhat low psychic-potential level.

At the award ceremony, I Luo Er wore a white-and-gold formal suit, his bearing noble as the many female insects in the audience watched him eagerly.

As the presenter pinned the medal to his lapel, a voice came through the tiny concealed earpiece at his ear, teasing and cruel:

"Do those insects applauding you down there, those fools who dream of you, know that you're my personal toy, and that I've played with you over and over?"

I Luo Er's smile never wavered.

But

It remains to be seen who is whose toy.

I Luo Er had three secrets.

First, he hated female insects.

Second, he only pretended to support equality to get ahead.

Third, he'd seduced more than one person of power, and none of them knew the others existed.

P.S.:

1. Self-interest above all vs. the powerful

2. Both leads are sexually inexperienced

3. I Luo Er is a hypocrite who talks the talk and walks the walk, and he knows it
